Because of voter suppression, it is essential to register voters early and inform them of future elections.  Do you know of additional events Supermarket Legends should attend? Please email  A new flyer is printed, and kits are available with all the materials needed.

Promoting the Census

In addition to registering voters and getting out the vote, Supermarket Legends must help promote the importance of completing the census form.  As you may know, population determines government funding and the number of representatives assigned to each state.

Dale Nook will attend a Wisconsin Voices meeting about strategies for “getting out the count” and give a report at the October 13 general meeting.

Distribution Locations

Do you have favorite places where you like to distribute voter information?  Please email Sue Schneidler,, with any ideas for the north side and Dale Nook,, for the south side.  They are creating lists for volunteers to use in deciding what places will work for them.
